I grew up with David because we both attended Church of the Good Shepherd. I was lucky enough to be able to see him again a number of years ago when a group of us who had gone to church together, met up at the church. We had all aged considerably but all still shared good memories. He will be missed by all! Joy
David and I went to Christ the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church together as children and graduated from Camden High School in San Jose together in 1965. David was such a talented and dedicated musician. He was a light in many lives and will be, truly, missed. My condolences to his mother, Dorothy, sister, Gail and niece, May his soul rest in eternal peace with Our Lord,
David was part of our Sunday School, Confirmation Class and young adult group at Good Shepherd. David's first love was always music and it is so fitting that he went on to distinguish himself as a music professional. Always a kind smile and a quiet sense of humor...I think the Angels have started singing a little sweeter since July 26. David, you are much valued and mourned. Peace.
My dear friend, may God continue to watch over and bless you!! I looked for you on line a number of times but obviously did not try hard enough then I found your memorial. On Aug.10,1968 I asked you to play a concert of organ music on the Casavant pipe organ at Immanuel Lutheran Church. prior to our wedding march for Sharon and I.. You were fantastic! (as usual).
