This memorial website was created in the memory of our loved one, David Bunch, 59, born on September 11th, 1959. We will remember him forever. He was a gentle person that was always there to support one even in the most difficult of times. A patient mentor, he found a life-long love as a soccer referee and instructor. Bowling (and very well) since he was in his teens, he coached others and loved the sport. Video game program and design was his career and one he enjoyed throughly. He will be missed but still greatly loved.

I loved you before you even knew it. Our time together and and the years of shared work and fun was more than I could have hoped for. You were a wonderful husband and father to our kids. Our trips were so fun, just going where the whim lead us. We said have no regrets and I still feel the same way. The journey was awesome. Thank you!

David was a sensitive, caring person and a great friend. We bowled together for many years while we were both at EA. He was a brilliant programmer who I had the privilege of working with on many projects. The world is a dimmer place without him in it. I am so sorry for your loss Corey.

Dave, and pretty much the whole Livermore gang welcomed me to the bay area in the early 80s.  Coming over to play table top games was my new family.  Dave was the best player, in strategy, attitude, sportsmanship, and friendliness.  Always kind, and upbeat, I will miss him.

We worked together at EA on quite a few games, notably Skate or Die. He was a very talented creative programmer, who came up with lots of ideas, back in the early days of EA.We went out to lunch nearly every day (Red Robin, Black Angus!), and he had great sense of humor - always finding something to laugh about in the midst of finding bugs, or trying to get the game through beta. What a lovely genuine mild mannered person he was, and will be greatly missed
