I am so sorry Dave and your daughters. We were supposed to have lunch in Burbank and the last email I got from you was you were looking forward to it. When I called, text, sent a FB message and did not hear from you, I knew something was wrong. Rest In Peace Dave and I am so sorry you passed too early and in California which you loved!
