I am deeply saddened to learn of Neil's passing.  I first met Neil, a highly skilled litigator, who was willing to represent the Dever Association families in their civil rights class action against the Commonwealth.  Neil's rapier mind and years of tested trial experience allowed him to quickly and elegantly slice through any legal argument or strategy.  Farewell to a decent man.
