Charlie was one of the best people I’ve ever known

Charlie was a true gentleman and wonderful human being. He genuinely cared about people and it showed everyday of his life. He & his family are very special people to me and my family. My father and I had the privilege of seeing Charlie regularly at TCC. I am very sad to see him go and for his family. Charlie was one of the best people I’ve ever known
