Such bittersweet news. Ann was a neighbor, daughter of my folks’ good friends, what a wonderful surprise to have her be my teacher at DHS! Ann was so dynamic—she ought to have lived to at least 100, making the world a better place. Alzheimer’s is a thief. I see her now, in my mind’s eye, relieved of that burden—skiing, running, riding—fully restored. May peace be with all who love her.
I am so sad to read about Ann, and I have missed seeing you both at the Summit Club.
The upcoming Ski for Women will truly be a memorial to her.
