Alison Dwelley (Smith) was born September 8, 1948 and died November 28, 2021.  She grew up in Hingham, MA, and lived in Millis, MA since 1978.  Alison met her husband Fred (James) Dwelley in 1965, they were married for 51 years. My heart is broken and the world is a little darker without her loving light shining on us all. My thoughts and prayers go out to the family and all that had the joy of Knowing her if even for just a little while. Caring Kind sensitive loving supportive are just a few things about her that will be missed. Rest easy all my love

Our Dearest Allie, so beautiful in all respects. I’ve been so fortunate over these past 54 years to come to love you as a dear friend and one of the kindest, gentlest, most loving and forgiving woman I’ve had the good fortune to know. Ann & I treasure those so many fond memories of all of the wonderful, happy times, we’ve shared with you, Fred, family & friends (Hing, NU, Otis, Cape).

So saddened to hear of Allison’s passing. It was a pleasure to know her and to love her. She had a fantastic sense of humor and was the most kindhearted person you could hope to meet. I know she will be missed by all who loved her. I am grateful to have met her in my life.

She is a light in this dark world and always was a great listener to me.  Her motherly and caring ways showed to not just those she knew but also those she didn’t.  May blessings of this world and the next help you find peace on the other side of the veil.  You are missed so I pray that you are kept happy and safe till you are reunited with everyone you love.  I’m glad to have met you!
