Playful term us young guys used for him. I met Bill working at Amsec and man was he a wealth of knowledge and great guy. I'm a better man from knowing and spending time with him. My heart goes out to Silvia who never a day went by that he didn't mention as the love of his life and the "Boss" Bless you Shipmate. Till we meet again.
