It has been a blessing to get to know Bill over the past few years.  He leaves a most lasting impression, and touched the lives of any who were lucky enough to be called "friend'.  My heart is warmed by his friendship and I am forever grateful for that.  My prayers remain with him, his beloved Camille and entire family.  He will always be with you.
