The loss of Bill reminded me of just how kind, friendly, and fun loving he was back in Jr and Sr High school in Santa Cruz.  My most sincere condolences to the Foote family and will continue praying for you.  We know that Bill is with Jesus and that we will see him again. Thank you so much Melody for keeping us informed.

A passion for life, love of his family and friends doesn't even come close to descibing Bill.
My sincere condolences to the Foote family. Our prayers will continue and have no doubt his infectious smile and attitude is shinning from above.I think its safe to say we shall all miss him, he will be one of the first to "welcome us aboard" when we join him.

Bill was full of life, I could listen for hours to his stories. He was the most positive person I’ve ever met. He was a true friend, and he will be deeply missed.
