Bill Scilacci was the kindest man I have ever known.  I cannot remember him without a smile on his face.  He was always interested in how others were doing and was ready with a helpful hand.  He supported the community and loved people. Bill had a big sweet tooth and got me hooked on Tin Roof Sundae ice cream.  I will miss his contagious smile. We
