Bill was an exceptional human being who made the world a better place simply by walking into the room.  For me, I will miss most his unique blend of wit and grace.  As the saying goes, “they broke the mold.”  Our heart goes out to Judy and the rest of the amazing Cowin family.

Bill Cowin was a treasured colleague at the Attorney General's Office.  I feel truly privileged to have known him and to have benefitted from his wisdom.  I will miss Bill's wonderful smile and ever-present graciousness.  I send my heartfelt condolences to Bill's family.
