Bill was a regular at Orinda Starbucks. He has always been such a genuine person. My fondest memory was defending him when he needed help. Since then, I have always made sure he was respected in our store. Even though I am just a barista, Bill was my friend. Thank you for letting me serve you coffee for two years.
