For all that knew him loved this man. For me he taught me true unconditional love, a true partner and protector in every sense. So many wonderful memories of laughter , tough times, serious conversations and the beautiful dance.

Bill could make my heart happy just hearing him laugh. He was a protector of those he loved. A friend that will always be missed.

You could see the love and caring in his eyes!  And; somehow you could feel that and you just knew you would always be his friend!  That was just one of his many blessings!  I really respected that and will miss him dearly….

Billy,  there are no words to describe how much you will be missed by family, close friends & acquaintances you met once.  All affected by your bodacious contagious laugh and instant awareness of your love of life.  I was fortunate you called me friend and all the time I got to share with you.  I will miss you and remember you every day.  Always Margaret Empie
