Bill was a friend and shirt tail relative. He was an honest, hardworking, god fearing man. I always knew where he stood on the issues of the day. We differed on many issues. We agreed to disagree. Over the years Bill and Janie held many family events enabling us to know the Wheelers better..  Someday, we shall meet again on the other side.  Tim

I had the honor of working with Bill the past few years.  His presence in the shop will truly be missed.  It won't be the same not seeing him there.  Even though he greeted you with a grumpy comment, he was a carrying individual always sharing his wife's baked pastries or offering you something to drink.  God bless you and may he help your family find comfort.
