Bill was a terrific brother-in-law and I will miss him. We shared some beautiful times together over 40-years - even though we were both busy with our careers. We played golf, cracked Maryland hard crabs and enjoyed
talking politics, Bill was also  my best man when Susan & I re-stated our marriage vows in 2002.
