On behalf of DignityUSA, I extend condolences to Bill's family and friends. Bill was a faithful member, and his work on our publications for over a decade was always exceptional. He was a consistent presence in on-line programming after the demise of Dignity/San Jose, and always added insightful comments. We are grateful he was part of our community. He will be sorely missed.
Bill was a good soul, loving father, and courageous champion of the rights and dignity of lgbt people in the Church and wider society. May his contributions be remembered by those who follow, and may he rest in peace.
My condolences to the family and friends of Bill. He and I were colleagues for several years in the struggle to achieve full justice and inclusion for the LGBT community. He was a true friend and a great person.
I lived with Bill. We had our ups and downs but he was always a friend to me in the end result. I asked his advise on many occasion Not trying to say I always followed it. I can be stubborn. Never once did he offer up bad advise.I have love in my heart for Bill and I lost a very good friend I will miss him tremendously. He was the glue in this house.Bob
