Sending love and prayers to the entire Noftsinger family.  Bill will be missed by many, and especially the Boardman family...our hearts are broken. Bill was my wonderful Godfather, and all the Noftsingers are so special to us. I am so sad I am unable to make it to the service, but glad much of my family will be there.  Much love to Margaret Anne and the entire family.  Beth Boardman Grant
