When Ken Moss and I arrived at the Alaska Native Medical Center to build a pediatric service, we looked around for collegial support in the community.  We found Bill at Elmendorf and he became a valued friend.  He attended rounds with us at ANMC, often offering insights from his growing special interest

Dr. Larson was an amazing physician. I first met him as a child to get treatment for my allergies. He was always so caring to all of his patients. He had a way of making his patients feel like friends and that is hard to find these days. I now live in Florida and just learned of his passing this morning. Prayers for his family. The world has lost such a beautiful soul.
