Dear Jean and Family,
I am sorry to learn of Wendland's passing. He was a great scientist and a loving friend. During his tenure in defense research, Wendland help to develop several techniques necessary to ensure the operation of our military in the extreme case of nuclear war. Sincerely, Bill and Lin Seidler
