I’ve known Mr. Schaefer for most of my life and there was never a time when he and Mrs. Schaefer were anything except wonderful to me (Mr. Schaefer was always quick to call me out on my B.S., which has served me well in life). An absolutely great man, and the love I feel for the Schaefers is a testament to the man he was and the family he helped to raise. He will be dearly missed.
