Vivian will remain one of my many "sister-mothers". During my annual childhood weekslong visits in her and brother Don's home, Vivian provided me great joys: playing rummy, cooking special meals, singing, dancing, including me in family vacations, and always calling me her "favorite in-law". Remembering Vivian's eady smile, quick wit, and generous warmth eases my sorrows at her loss.
