My dad, A. Stedman Dowd was sad to hear of her passing from Bob Carrier. Both were childhood friends and classmates of Ginny growing up together in Rome & attending RFA. He would like to remember Ginny &send a Mass card in her memory. I heard a lot about her growing up & learned just before college that I was named after her!! I too am a Virginia “Ginny!!
