Violet was an incredible animal lover and such a vibrant soul.  Her timing was always perfect when she would show up unexpectedly at the Ulster County SPCA, bringing with her an enthusiasm and passion for the animals that was unmatched.  She will be greatly missed by so many past and present Members and Volunteers from the shelter, but joyously welcomed at the Rainbow Bridge.

Heartbroken to learn the news of the passing of our impish, always giggling, always joyful, larger than life Violet. She was an absolutely adored member of the Catskill Animal Sanctuary family, where her "boyfriend," whom she visited each time she came, was a potbelly pig named Beacon, and where a tiny goat was her namesake!
