I am so saddened to hear of Vince's passing.  I met Vince around 2007 when he was recommended to serve as a federal monitor in litigation against Ohio's juvenile facilities. I had the utmost respect for him and his work, and will forever be grateful for his help and guidance.  He was one of a kind. Thoughts and prayers to Beverly and the rest of his family.

Vince was quite a man!  energetic, youthful, vibrant, passionate, committed, productive, professional, understanding, reasonable, intelligent, rational, principled, quirky, droll, loyal, magnetic, infectious, busy, organized, neurotic, charismatic, large, talented, affectionate, kind, and practical.  Great Man!!!
