Spanky it broke my heart when I heard the news. On that day I lost a brother but God gained an Angel. You will be missed my brother . One day we will meet again. Love you and will miss you bro.

It breaks my heart that Victor had to succumb to such an invasive virus.  He was such a presence in our family and he will be missed.  I hope each of us keeps a little bit of Victor I’m us to call upon when we need to smile.  You will be missed, but not forgotten.  Love your cousin Rosanne.

Victor is my cousin and also my friend. I always looked forward to him coming to visit, which he did often. He always brought with him, good food, good times and soo much laughter. But what made him stand out, to me, was his sense of family. He always took time to make sure my Auntie and Uncle and my Mom were taken care of and had what they wanted and needed and always included everyone and our kids. He was a very good prankster and kept us on our toes and laughing. I love Victor very much and will miss him even more! And....when my time comes, i will be on the watch for Vic, he may clip a few of my wings or something to bring more laughter to the heavens!!

I Love You, Cousin!

The grace of God means something like: Here is your life. You might never have been, but you are because the party wouldn't have been complete without you.

Victor , the mention of your name will always bring back charismatic, fun and humorous memories.  RIP my good friend...

Brother, I wish you were here. Christmas is just around the corner, one of your favorite Holidays.
I know you are with God, Jesus and all of our family and friends. I told mom about us drinking dads alcohol behind the bar and filling it up with soda or water so dad wouldn't know. So, so many memories. You will always be my baby brother and best friend. I LOVE YOU ALWAYS
