What lovely memories as I think of Veryl and our times together in Antioch at Church on the Rock. What a gracious man. His smile so genuine. My husband, Vern, and I truly were blessed by his faithful attendance and kindness. Looking forward to the day we are again all together!!
Hey "Peanut" is how he would say hello to me. We lived two doors down . Just within the last 6 mos or so I was at the stop sign at Garrow and Tregallas and saw Veryl sweeping in the street. It had been garbage pick up day and he was cleaning up the remnants left behind. I had to stop &say hello. I was so excited to see him and gave him a big hug. I will always remember that infectious smile. My heart aches. He was such a special person. Sending love praye
