This memorial was created in the memory of our Daddy, Vernon "Vern" Williams, 68, born on December 9th, 1949 and passed away on August 30th, 2018. A memorial service will be held Saturday, September 29, 2018 at 11:00 am at Parkway Baptist Church located at 8508 Beaver Bridge Road, Moseley, VA, 23120.
