This memorial website was created in the memory of our loved one, Travis Hall, Sr. We will remember him forever.
It has been many years since I have seen my good friend Travis. We had great times together fishing, going to his parent’s beach house in Duck and my family’s lake house in North Carolina. Travis, Frankie and I often went out to eat at our favorite spot the Bamboo Cafe where we shared many good times together. Travis you were a kind and thoughtful person who I know now lives in heaven with God.
Your Friend,
Steven Hughes
I was devastated when I heard he news of Travis' passing. It was not uncommon for me to run down the hall, knock on the door, and invite myself in. He never turned me away. We watched movies, the news, YouTube videos, etc. We would order take-out Chinese (he introduced me to Peking Duck YUM!). We had pool parties with neighbors and friends. Continued.
He always had a great life story for any occasion. He CHEATS at Spades and we fought about this for years. I decorated his car with leftover hotdogs from a cook out. We laughed together A LOT! We also shared tears, listened to really great music and had many heart to hearts. Travis had his ups and down but he is one of the most kind souls I have ever known. Continued.
Never quick to take sides, always looking on the bright side, Always trying to make people laugh and be a positive force of energy. I will miss you dearly. Rest easy, until we meet again, and God I hope you burned that book. : ) xoxo Love Always -Shannon.
