This memorial website was created in the memory of our loved one, Toni Warner-Fernandes, 58, born on June 4th, 1962 and passed away on November 30th, 2020. We will remember her forever.
We became friends at the skating rink where we both worked, she worked at the hospital and I cleaned rooms and we always talked and kept in contact, going to miss you a lot, fly high Toni with us always and truly misses
