Regards to Tom and his family and many friends for a life lived with humor and positive contribution to everyone who ever got to know him.  He and I shared the beginnings of a career as biologists with the Alaska Fish and game that started in Bristol Bay.  Will forever remember Tom's quick smile and willingness to share his assistance and friendship with his coworkers and community members

I first met Tom in 1957 in Fredonia, NY. As teenagers we fished many mornings at Camp in the Woods on Bear Lake. We attended Colorado State U. and were roommates our freshman. We did a lot of growing up together and stayed in touch. We met periodically when Tom visited FL and often fished together again. His lifelong friendship is a treasured memory. My sincere condolences to his family.
