I knew Tom since the early 90s when I met him at the gym. He made it a point to say hello to my wife and I each time I saw him, and often would accompany his greeting with a sincere personal compliment. He was a gentleman, an inspiration and a legend. His dedication to staying fit and being fully engaged socially was extraordinary. We miss you Tom. God bless you my man!
Tom was a friend from the gym since the early 90's. I remember when we met his smile was so kind. He truly cared about each person he met. He was the Mayor of the gym. When I was pregnant with my first child, he told me to never stop exercising. He said that it will keep me young. He was the youngest at heart person I have ever met! He will be missed by all. Rest in Peace!
At my high school graduation Tom told a story of being outside visiting the animals and it being always darkest before the dawn.
Next time I saw his sweet face was 40 years later at my husbands funeral. Bless his heart. He mattered. He lived with intention. He will always be remembered
