One of the best people I have ever known.  He was kind, generous and always there when I needed help or friendship.  We grew up together and some of my fondest memories are the times we spent together in our teens, twenties and thirties.  We shared friends, music, concerts, adventures and explorations.  Farewell my friend, "May the four winds blow you safely home"

To the O'Hare family, my name is Jeff Philpott and I believe I went to high school (Bellarmine) with Tom, based upon his age and picture.  Tom was a close friend back then, although we lost touch around our mid-20s.  I'm sad to hear of his passing at such a young age; please accept my condolences on your loss.  I wish he could have continued to be a part of your lives for decades to come.
