RIP, Sylvia! This is such a shock to me as I have been thinking about her so much lately. I've known her most of my life, but she was so supportive to the Powers family as our Mom {her friend} was losing her life to lung cancer. I will never forget what she did for us and she'll always have a special place in my heart for the love she showed us thru those last weeks. Love you Sylvia!

As beautiful a person there ever was. Truly she was God's gift to so many children including my own. I was blessed to be in the presence of her smile.
