I have fond memories of Steve at St. Lucy's, when we were both CCD catechists at the same time. He was a very personable man, who I always enjoyed chatting with.  He had a great sense of humor, and was one of those rare people who you just can't help liking. My eldest son also had Mr. Maslyar for a memorable class during the 8th grade at St. Lucy's. R.I.P. to a wonderful man. 1 of a kind.
