I met Steve in the spring of 1978 when I bought a condo from him on Union Park. My building (20 Union Park) was one of his earlier condo conversions. My then husband and I spent the next 37 years in that condo. Steve and his brother Carl really loved the neighborhood. Always a friendly word. His passing saddens me.
