This memorial website was created in the memory of our loved one, Sister Rosemary Campi. We will remember her forever.
I will never forget Sr. Rosemary and her zest for life! I loved having her as a teacher at Presentation. No matter how dry the subject, she could make the lecture interesting and fun. In later years, we crossed paths at Sacred Heart Community Center. It was wonderful reconnecting with her! I'm sure that she has a special place in Heaven!
I took Sister Campi's Human Anatomy class at SJCC in the 90s. As the only non pre-med or nursing student, the class challenged me like no other, but, Sr. Campi's genuine love and excitment for what she was teaching was contagious. So smart and so engaging and pleasant, she made you want to learn. It is the only class I still benefit from. Rest in Peace, you will be missed.
Out of the blue I thought of Sister Rosemarie Campi. She was my Anatomy professor in SJCC in late 1980’s. What an excellent class it was because of her teaching methods and the real cadavers used during practical exams. I learned so much! It provided me a solid foundation of a 30-year nursing career.
I always respected Sister David, liked her as well. But I never took my classes seriously as far as education was concerned, at least at the high school level. That put me in the dog house! Ouch!
Sister Gerard was another teacher I liked and respected. I hope she is doing well.
