My condolences to Shirley's husband and beautiful family. I always enjoyed my visits with her in Saratoga. She was an interesting and accomplished woman. She loved her family and was proud of them.
May you all find peace and comfort in her example. Momi Buchanan
The services for Shirley yesterday were wonderful. Family and friends gathered and shared stories and memories of her life. Shirley embodied the word selfless. She gave her life to be there for her kids and family. I will miss her smile, her blue eyes, her hugs and her laugh but will always feel her spirit.
I spent much of my childhood at my grandparents' house. I remember walking into the Plymouth house at six in the morning to the smell of oatmeal and the sight of my Grandma smiling. In the afternoons she'd treat me with her jam and butter sandwiches. I'll always remember her hugs, smiles, and all the times I played in the yard with her there. I love her dearly and will miss her dearly.
How we miss you! You made our life so complete with your generous and loving nature.
The home is not the same without you here.
All my love,
W. Bruce
