Shelley Bergum was an exceptional advocate for deaf and disabled telecommunications access, and worked with her to keep it "of, by, and for" Deaf and Disabled Consumers.  She was always strong in stating what the needs were and protective of the services that were implemented to ensure that they were never taken away!  Thank you Shelley, you will be missed by many in the Deaf Community.
