Scott, over the past 15+ years I've considered you one of my closest friends. You've been there since the beginning and I miss you very much but I know you're okay and that your infectious laughter, generous nature and loving spirit will live on in a lot of people's hearts. Until I see you again my friend, I love you.
Scott, you were very important to my early sobriety. My life would not be near as good were it not for you and some of the things you said to me, especially way back in the "sicker than most" days. Love you man.
Scott and I got sober together in the early 80s, so we essentially "grew up together". His smile always brought joy into a room. My condolences to Renee and his other family members. I am so sad for your loss/all our loss.
We wore the bird and flew together long ago. Distance cannot defeat brotherhood. Your warm heart and generous, kind nature were unending. I never will forget being left alone in the Berkshires and you came rolling up, smiling, without saying a word got us back to camp. Always love and never forget your friendship.
Renee,
I was saddened today to learn of your beloved Scott's passing. Though I never met him, I know he must have been very special to capture your heart. Please know that I am thinking of you, your family and close friends while going through your loss. Much peace and love, Nancy R from work
