I am saddened to read about Scott’s passing. He was such a gentleman and innovative thinker. My years at Fisher from 68-70 and then as 102 Resident Director were some of the greatest years of my young life. His respect for me was a reason for this.It was fun to see him as an alumni over the years. I’m so grateful to have known him. Rest In Peace you have earned it.
I knew Scott as the father of my high school honey and only met him once in my late 40s again. He stood out as the kind of dad I would want to become--engaging and interested while clearly able to see into the middle of my callow teen soul. I still try to channel Scott every time one of our daughters brings a new boyfriend around. Not sure I do as good a job. Farewell, Mr Fisher.
