This memorial website was created in the memory of our mother, Sarita Bhalotra, born on August 30, 1952 and passed away on November 26, 2018. We will remember her forever.
I first knew Sarita has my academic "child" at Brandeis in the sense that I chaired her PhD dissertation, and later as my Heller School colleague as we collaborated on research projects and co-authored papers on lifestyle modification. Seeing her care for Meera's first child in her Waltham house, with its pond and garden view, echoed her signature warmth and caring. Prof. Donald Shepard
