Name Willetta pitts -Givens I know Sam all my life  he cut all 5 of my brother's hair from the time they were 5 yrs old into adulthood.  He will be missed ??????

Uncle Sam I will miss you dearly!! I took it for granted that you would always be with us and its not so! I wasn't the best niece but you were the best at being my uncle. I had some significant moments in my life and you were right there to cheer me on!  What makes them so special; they were moments between you and me!! And for that I always be thankful.

I remember Bro Sam Lawson from my New Fellowship days and I always remember he could not hold a note to save his life, But the one thing I remember most of all is that every time I was getting a haircut he would beg my father to let me have some hair. Sam Lawson is a legend in this town and will always be remembered as such with his North Carolina country accent. He would always shrugging shoulders when he laughed even at the corniest thinks he is still being missed today.
