Dear Carolyn and family,
Everyone at Breath Matters is thinking of you in this difficult time. One of the hardest things in being in Breath Matters is saying good bye to great people like Sam. He put the support in support group and will always be an inspiration of how to live life to the fullest despite breathing problems. Even when he was very ill, he came to teach and support our members about the Trilogy machine. Always with a smile and a friendly greeting he was an ambassador for Breath Matters and the community, he will be missed, but not forgotten, his tenacity for life is an inspiration to all.
