Wendy, I'm so sorry for your loss.  Your Dad always made me laugh.  I'll always rermeber sleep overs and visits to his house when we were in high school.  I can hear his voice now.  You and Ashton were his world and I know he loved you so much!  Praying for you all! Love you!

Wendy, I'm deeply sorry for your loss... Coming to work and seeing your father every day for 5 yrs, was one of the best part of my job. Sam, will always be within our heart and the many others that loved him. His dedication to our building and tenants was admirable.  The entire 1922 The Alameda Building in San Jose, Ca. hasn't been the same since he left. RIP Sam we'll always love you.

Sam always went the extra mile for everyone and welcomed everyone with his smile and his generous heart. I remember the first day we met he told funny stories and how proud he was to work at the Alameda building. He has left a legacy of fond memories. With sincere sympathy~ Connie, Scott, Branko, Erika, Angel & Maricela

With a very saddened heart I just found out that Sam passed away.  My heart breaks for his family, Wendy and Ashton who he couldn't have been prouder of and spoke so highly about when sharing stories.  Sam, you leave us with many memories and lots of laughs.  You will be missed but never forgotten.
