Mrs. Crissman was one of my absolute favorites at Shady Hill. Embodied everything I loved about the teachers there: she was fun, she was kind, and she knew how to get information to stick in your brain. Later on in life I loved seeing her at Porter Square Books, where she would be as excited about her new projects as she was about mine. I'll always remember you with love, Mrs. Crissman!
