I remember when we first moved to the sleepy little LeCenter. . We were waiting for the NEW SEPTIC SYSTEM!!! , Russ Kopet Construction did the work. July of 1998 was very hot for the guys. They would dig and place pipes and gravel and wait for inspections. But they seemed to enjoy the cold pop and bottled water. Great guy and helpful. Lots of Southern MN charm in this Man!! RIP Russ
