I worked with Rudy on the relocation of OAS to a new ramp and office/hangar building. The relocation was required to accommodate the new Postmark Drive access from West International Airport Road. Rudy was great to work with and the functionality of the new Hangar and Ramp can be attributed to Rudy's hands on work and his engineering background. Hopefully OAS has a memorial for Rudy.
