I have very fond memories of Ruby. My mom, Alma Forrest, was good friends with her many years ago and my sister Nancy and I used to babysit for their children. I actually was thinking about her the other day and hoping everyone was well. My thoughts are with everyone in the family in this difficult time - Jennifer Forrest

Ruby was very close to my heart and my family. My mom and Ruby became close friends when I was in high school back in the late 70s. I always felt like a surrogate daughter to her. When my mom died a few years ago, I kept in phone contact with Ruby and was thrilled to visit her in August 2015 and introduce my own family to this dear, dear woman. I will miss her deeply.
