Bob was a sweet, loyal, friend who loved rock n' roll, travel, cooking, gardening, soccer. He liked sitting on his C V deck, taking pictures of rainbows as they formed over the hills, the moon rising, the turkeys and deer in his yard. He liked swimming at CVAC, camping in Big Sur, playing his guitar while chicken cooked over an open fire. I will miss him.
My husband Irwin & I knew Bob thru Nancy. We always enjoyed his company whenever we saw him. He was a sweet, kind and loving man. He took a wonderful photo of us kissing at the museum which he gave to us. We cherish it and memory of him posing us. He was a gifted photographer among his many talents. Bob made the world a better place. He will dearly be missed by all who knew and loved him.
I dont know if anyone is monitoring this site. I only just found out that my dear and long distance fried Bob had passed away. I am so sad. We communicated via Christmas cards and odd e-mail. When Bob came to the UK we spent many hours searching for his ancestors. Happy days. What a legend. RIP Bob.
Thinking of Bob on his 72nd birthday. Wish I could take him to lunch at Harry's Hofbrau or the Dutch Goose. Glad I got to get to know a lot of his friends while taking care of his personal effects in Carmel Valley. They really helped me through a tough time and cherish the times we talked about Bob and it was like he was there in a way.
